Questions about how to save water every day? Please send us an email or call 541-685-7088.
We offer rebates for fixtures and equipment that will help you save water. Funds are limited, so rebates are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To serve your better, we are upgrading our customer information and billing system, which has been in place since the 1990s and is ready for an upgrade.
As we prepare for this major update, some programs and features are temporarily unavailable – including our customer programs. We are temporarily pausing all new applications for customer rebates, loans and environmental programs. We will begin accepting new applications in early December when we have transitioned to our new systems.
We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. EWEB staff will still be available to answer all questions regarding our efficiency and water conservation programs during this period.

Save water with high efficiency toilets
Older toilets can be one of your home's largest sources of wasted water. Consider buying a new performance-tested WaterSense-labeled toilet to save water with every flush.
EWEB is currently offering a rebate of $100 for 1.0 gallons-per-flush (gpf) toilets and $50 for 1.28 gallons-per-flush toilets. Your new toilet must replace a toilet that uses 1.6 gallons or more per flush.
Program Eligibility
- All EWEB water service customers may be eligible; including customers living in mobile home parks with a master meter and all water district customers.
- We require the participant's signature on the rebate application.
- The application must be submitted with an itemized invoice.
- Rebate is processed as a bill credit.
New Construction is not eligible for toilet rebates. Rebate is limited to toilets purchased and installed within the last year.
Prepare for a water emergency with a customer-side hand valve rebate
We want to help you stop the gush of water from a broken pipe as soon as possible. Don't wait until you have an emergency to install an easily turned hand valve on the customer-side of your water meter. To request an EWEB hand valve, please call 541-685-7595.
Program Eligibility
- All EWEB water service customers may be eligible.
- We require the participant's signature on the rebate application.
- The application must be submitted with an itemized invoice.
- Limit one $75 (EWEB provided valve) or $150 (approved valve purchased through plumber) rebate per premises.
