December 2023 - EWEB is grappling with multiple challenges as we set our 2024 budget and rates. As a result, EWEB’s elected Board of Commissioners is considering rate changes in 2024 to help maintain reliable utility services and fund critical investments in Eugene’s water and electric infrastructure. If approved, beginning in February 2024 the average household would pay around $14 more per month, or 48 cents per day, for electricity and water combined.

July 2023 - City of Eugene Stormwater and Wastewater Fee increase beginning in July 2023. The City of Eugene owns and operates the stormwater and wastewater systems in Eugene, for efficiency, EWEB acts as the City's billing agent per City charter.

June 2023 (Residential) - Ride into summer on clean, accessible transportation. EWEB is making electric mobility accessible to all customers through our EV car share program, community grants and electric bike rebates.

May 2023 - Your drinking water once again met safety standards for every type of contaminant regulated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Oregon Health Authority. Each year EWEB presents a Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), also known as our Drinking Water Quality Report to share important fcts about the source and quality of your drinking water.

April 2023 - This Earth MOnth, let's take action together! EWEB GreenOptions are voluntary programs for those that want to do more to reduce their carbon footprint, save money, and make a difference in our local community and beyond.
