Start, Stop or Move My Service


Moving can be stressful, but setting up or cancelling utility service doesn't have to be. With EWEB's online portal you can request service changes whenever is convenient for you.

EWEB provides electric and water service to the Eugene community. We also provide electric service to parts of east Springfield and the upriver community. For details, see a map of our service territory.

You can schedule your service request up to 90-days in advance. When scheduing your start or stop date, keep in mind that your service may be turned on/off any time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the date you selected. 

Start Residential Service

New residential customers can request to start service online. Commercial customers will need to contact customer service to verify their EIN before starting service.

Transfer Exisiting Service

Current residential customers can sign into their MyAccount portal to request to transfer services to another address within the EWEB service territory

Stop Service

Residential and commercial customers moving outside the EWEB terrirtory can request to stop service by logging into their MyAccount portal.

Customers may also call customer service at 541-685-7000 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Firday to schedule service requests. Please note that call volume is high in August and September and hold times may be longer than expected.
