    A: EWEB retains the right to remove or recalculate a Budget Billing payment arrangement from a customer’s account in response to high balance or credit accumulation or poor payment history.

    In addition, customers must meet the following criteria to participate in Budget Billing:

    • Not more than two notices of potential disconnection for non-payment within the past 12 months
    • No disconnection for non-payment within the last 12 months
    • Account must be current with no past due charges at time of enrollment

    If an account is removed from Budget Billing, the actual account balance will bill in full on the next month’s statement.
