Connecting with customers is a core value at EWEB. As such, we welcome requests to participate in community events and provide facility tours.

Please note: Advanced notice (at least 30 days) is appreciated whenever possible. Participation is subject to staff availability and alignment with EWEB outreach goals. A staff member will follow up with a decision within two weeks.
Request Types

Presentations and Tabling – Education around a specific topic or service offering at gatherings of neighborhood, service or other community organizations.

Facility Tours – Available to teachers in the region to provide tangible learning opportunities for students. View a list of popular facilities.

Water Trailer or Electric Safety Trailer – Set up of specialty trailers at large (2,500+ person) events. Note: Due to the cost and resources needed to deploy trailers, availability is limited. If you need water service for a small event, check out the City of Eugene Water Station Project.

Sponsorships and Donations – EWEB is not providing sponsorships or donations at this time.
EWEB's Outreach Goals
EWEB will give preference to requests that help us reach new or underserved populations about priority topics, including:

Customer programs: Promoting programs to help individuals achieve better energy/water efficiency, reduce their utility cost burden and regain stability during times of hardship.

Emergency preparedness: Encouraging personal preparedness and fostering disaster resilience.

Water/energy education: Highlighting efforts to enhance the reliability of our water and energy infrastructure and steward resources for future generations.
