If you have a Smart Meter, EWEB will be automatically notified when your power is out, and you do not need to report your outage.

Don't see your outage on the map? Report your outage at 1-844-484-2300 or text OUT to TXEWEB (893932). You must report an outage from the primary phone number on your account. You can update your contact information in the customer portal here.

The map refreshes every 10 minutes.
