Each year we make funds available to help customers who are struggling to pay their utility bills. EWEB's Customer Care program helps community members who find themselves in times of hardship and may be at risk of disconnection of services. But, the need is much greater than what we are able to meet. Generous contributions from caring customers like you provide bill assistance in times of crisis and resources to reduce monthly utility bills.
You can make a difference by donating to our Energy Share program.
Your donation can help a neighbor in need.
Make a one-time donation: When you pay your next bill, simply enclose a check payable to "Energy Share." If you are an e-Billing customer you can set up a one-time donation online using the "Pay Bills" screen.
Make a monthly pledge: You can give throughout the year with each of your monthly payments. If you use e-Billing, set up a recurring donation online using the "Pay Bills" screen.
