Each year we have funds available to help customers who are struggling to pay their utility bills. Our Customer Care programs help community members on limited incomes and those who find themselves in times of hardship. But, the need is much greater than what we are able to meet.
You can make a difference by donating to our Customer Care programs.
Your donation can help a neighbor in need.
Make a one-time donation: When you pay your next bill, simply enclose a check payable to "EWEB Customer Care." If you are an e-Billing customer you can set up a one-time donation online using the "Pay Bills" screen.
Make a monthly pledge: You can give throughout the year with each of your monthly payments. If you use e-Billing, set up a recurring donation online using the "Pay Bills" screen.
