
EWEB is making it easier for customers to do business with us. We want to shift more power into the hands of our customers, and that starts with improving some of the basics. We have created a new bill that delivers information in a clear, readable way so you can make informed decisions about your energy and water use. We are also introducing a new online customer portal that gives you better features and tools for securely managing your personal and business accounts from any device.
A simplified, reader-friendly bill is coming in 2021. We want to make it easy for you to do business with us, and your monthly utility bill is a key part of that relationship.
Customer feedback provided the framework from which the new bill was redesigned, resulting in a layout focused on providing your billing summary and an at-a-glance breakdown of charges by service on the front page. We kept the popular usage graphs, moving them to the back of the bill where they are larger and in color. And speaking of color, the overall design uses color and icons to help you quickly identify details by service.

Never miss a payment with easy, safe autopay in the new online customer portal (coming soon). With text and email reminders, keeping tabs on your account will be easier than ever.
