To serve you better, we invested in our customer information and billing system, including our customer portal. These upgrades will enable future expansion of EWEB's customer programs and services.

Account & Profile Management
MyAccount, EWEB's online customer portal, is an easy way to manage your EWEB account anywhere, from any device:
- Update your profile information
- Sign up for alerts and notifications by email
- Manage multiple accounts like home and small business
- Add guest users to help you manage your account
- Sign up for paperless bill delivery
Billing & Payments
The customer portal helps you easily manage your bill in one convenient place. View current and past billing statements, track your payment history and manage your payment methods. You can make a one-time payment on the portal or enroll in Autopay.
Want to give back to the community? You can make a one-time or recurring donation to Energy Share. All funds go directly to supporting community members struggling to pay their bill.
Usage Data
Customers with communicating smart meters can review detailed usage information in their MyAccount portal, with easy-to-read charts that show electricity and water usage across multiple intervals: monthly, daily, hourly, and 15-minutes (electric only). These tools provide a clearer picture of when your home or business uses energy and water, and supports EWEB's ongoing efforts to provide you with features that give more control and flexibility in managing your account.
Usage data will appear gradually as it becomes available, in late 2025. You’ll see your daily usage added on a ongoing basis, and additional historical data will continue to load over time, expanding the view in your Customer Portal.
Request Service
You can request to start, stop or transfer your utility services directly through the customer portal - no need to wait on the phone or make an appointment to visit us in person. You can schedule your service request up to 90 days in advance of your move. It's a fast, simple way to keep your utilities aligned with your moving plans.
Apply for Customer Programs
Your customer portal gives you access to apply and enroll in EWEB's customer programs. Explore energy efficiency and water conservation rebates and loans, apply for bill assistance, and enroll in EWEB's climate-friendly programs.
