November 2, 2020  

Consistent with the Governor's Executive Order, Commissioners will conduct their meeting virtually.  Customers and the general public are welcome and encouraged to view a live steam of the meeting at https://tinyurl.com/EWEB-Board-11-02-20.  

Members of the public wishing to provide comments are invited to do so by completing our web form:

  • Provide written comments by indicating "public input" at the beginning of your statement. Testimony of 200 words or less will be read into the public record.

  • Provide spoken comments via telephone during the board meeting by providing your phone number and email address; staff will contact speakers in advance of the meeting with instructions for calling in to the Public Input session.

All comments will be reviewed by the Board and summarized in the meeting minutes.  Please submit comments or requests to speak by 2:00 pm on November 2.     Please note attendees need to enable third-party cookies in their browsers to watch a live event.  iOS and other devices may require you to download the MS Teams app to view.  The live stream will also be available on YouTube the day following the board meeting, by end of day.  Visit eweb.org to access the link.

Oregon Woods, Habitat Contracting, and Integrated Resource Management - for additional funds for vegetation management services. $300,000 (between three contracts). Resulting cumulative total $700,000.

Cascade Pacific Resource Conservation & Development (CPRCD) - for an increase in the amount of the 5-year Master Services Agreement for fiscal management of the Pure Water Partners (PWP) Program.  $232,000 (Resulting cumulative total $92,000 for fiscal management of $840,000 expected spend in the PWP program.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENTS
9.

City of Eugene - for collection of City stormwater and wastewater service charges.  The initial rate upon execution of this contract will be $1.62 per billing.  This cost will be adjusted annually based on the West Class A CPI as of the prior April, with changes taking effect in July.  (While the number of bills with City charges fluctuates monthly, it is estimated that EWEB will receive about $1.15 M in 2021, with CPI adjustments automatically applied each year.)
