EWEB Run to Stay Warm race information
The start of EWEB's Run to Stay Warm

Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2013 EWEB Run to Stay Warm. We hope to see you again next year!

Course maps

The course begins at the River Edge Plaza adjacent to EWEB, follows the paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, and ends back at EWEB. There are mile markers for every race. Be sure to look for the signs/arrows designated for the race you are running, as there are three different courses.

Courses are open for 3.5 hours to accommodate participants that are keeping a pace of approximately 16:00 per mile.

There are plenty of water stations along the course, with Gatorade at the last few on the half marathon course. There are also portable bathrooms, as well as a public bathroom, along the bike path.

Chip timing

EWEB's Run to Stay Warm offers chip race timing to provide the quickest, most accurate race results for all participants.

Parking

The Eugene Water & Electric Board has three parking lots which will accommodate many, but not all, of the participants and volunteers. Please be prepared to find parking in the nearby area, as there should be plenty.

Awards

Awards will be distributed after the race. Prizes are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers and to age division winners in each race. All half-marathon finishers receive a finisher medal. Prizes are also given to all kids as they cross the finish line in the 400-meter dash.
