Riverfront master plan process

EWEB's Board of Commissioners and the Eugene City Council signed a Memorandum of Understanding in December
2007, outlining a process for creating a master plan for the utility's riverfront property. EWEB has the
lead role in formulating the plan, which also involves city staff and significant public participation.

While EWEB recognizes it could be a number of years before any redevelopment occurs, the master
plan puts in place a solid framework the utility is proud to present to its citizen-owners.
