The Eugene Water & Electric Board produces a number of publications informing
customers about programs, activities, policies, procedures and issues related to
energy and water use.
Because we are a community-owned utility, we believe it is important that you have
easy access to our policies and procedures.
Published twice a year, Pipeline offers customers tips about energy and water conservation,
information about special programs and updates on issues affecting the utility.
The journal provides information about EWEB's renewable energy efforts.
Commercial and industrial customers can learn more about how to make their businesses
more energy efficient in the latest issue of Efficiency by Design.
Published annually, Facts & Figures includes statistical information on a variety
of EWEB facilities and activities.
Each year, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires water suppliers to
provide customers with a Consumer Confidence Report, which details information about
the quality of their drinking water.
For nearly 45 years, the Carmen-Smith Hydroelectric Project on the Upper McKenzie
River has served EWEB customers with low-cost and abundant electricity. Learn more
about the project, which is EWEB's largest utility-owned power source.
