Board Members present: Ron Farmer, Sandra Bishop, Mel Menegat, and John Simpson. Commissioner Patrick Lanning was excused.

Others present: Randy Berggren, Dick Varner, Roseanna McArthur, Jim Wiley, Tom Buckhouse, and Judy Chase of the EWEB staff; and Win Calkins, EWEB’s General Counsel.

Pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed with regard to the EWEB Retirees lawsuit ruling, findings, and opinion from the Circuit Court from the State of Oregon.

The meeting adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
