PROPERTY SALE
- Adjacent to North Game Farm Road - 900 square feet, referred to as the "Acquisition Area" for Lane County for widening of the road and needs this portion of EWEB property for that purpose. EWEB only has wires crossing the Acquisition Area with no poles, and have other poles located along North Game Farm Road that will need to be moved, but this is an unrelated event for the 900 square feet sale. Property Management has reviewed the County's appraisal for the Acquisition Area and find their offer reasonable at $900 for the 900 square feet. Contact person is Mark Oberle, Property Manager, at 484-2411, ext. 3202.
GRANT
- Lane Community College - Grant for Energy Management Program - $600,000 (over a 5-year contract period) - John Femal, Public Affairs, General Manager's Division - 484-2411, ext. 3310
