    2. Sybase - Sybase Database Management System - Information Services - Corporate Services Division. Due to the re-occurring nature of this required support, approval of an estimated $130,000 to cover the total amount of the contract for a five-year period, from March 2, 2004 through March 1, 2009, is requested.
