President Lanning called the Executive Session of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) to order at 9:35 a.m.

Pursuant to ORS 192.660(l)(h), an executive session of the Eugene Water and Electric Board was held to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation likely to be filed in relation to the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).

The meeting was adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
