President Anderson called the Special Board Meeting to order at 11:30 a.m.

City Recorder Kate Fieland administered the oath of office to Commissioner Conte.

The rest of the meeting was spent getting acquainted with other Board Commissioners and staff.

The meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon.
