President Anderson called the Executive Session of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) order at 5:30 p.m.

The Board met under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660(1)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation likely to be filed in relation to the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS).

The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
