The Eugene Water & Electric Board will host a dinner meeting for the utilities listed above in a "All Utilities Meeting."

Guest Speaker and topic will be: Vickie Van Zandt, Vice President of Operations & Planning for the Bonneville Power Administration. She will speak on the Regional Transmission Organization (RTO). There will also be opportunity for questions from the participating utilities.
