President Anderson called the Executive Session of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) order at 5:30 p.m.

The Board met under Oregon Revised Statutes 192.660(e) to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
