The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation will be hosting a traditional Blessing Ceremony for the Wanapa Energy Center, on October 4 at 8:00 a.m. in the Tribal Longhouse on the Reservation near Pendleton, Oregon. The ceremony will be held according to Tribal traditions. The EWEB Commissioners have been invited and there may be a quorum present. They have also been invited to a dinner at Raphael's Restaurant on the evening of October 3 at 6:00 p.m., also in Pendleton.
