President Anderson called the Executive Session of the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) order at 6:50 p.m.

The Board met under Oregon Revised Statutes-- ORS 192.660(1)(h) to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed.

Mr. Cable and Mr. Grim arrived mid-meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
