An Executive Session of the Eugene Water and Electric Board to consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation likely to be filed in relation to the Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) pursuant to Oregon Revised Statute 192.660(1)(i), was held.
