BUSINESS SERVICE AGREEMENTS
- ABB/Energy Interactive, Inc. -Strategic Metering
Project - Energy Management Services - Customer
Services. This amendment would add a
"load curtailment module" to our existing contract for the purpose
of providing staff and customers with access to ABB/Energy
Interactive, Inc. on-line load curtailment software. The amendment
would allow both staff and customers to track the efforts of their
load curtailment efforts on-line via the World Wide Web in tandem
with our existing PowerLineTM meter data service.
Without this amendment, the process would be very labor intensive.
Based on our research at the 2001 Distributech Conference, Energy
Interactive's load curtailment model is the only product available
to efficiently utilize our existing systems and equipment, with
minimal modifications required to be available to staff and
customers as soon as possible. Amount of contract is $115,000.
