President Susie Smith announced that the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) would hold an Executive Session, as authorized by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 192.660(1)(h), to consult with counsel concerning its legal rights and duties with regard to litigation related to the Public Employees Retirement System.

President Smith called the Executive Session to order at 5:40 p.m.

Commissioner Mike Dyer joined the meeting at 6:00 p.m.

The Executive Session adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
