Board Members present: Mike Dyer, Dorothy Anderson, and Peter Bartel. President Susie Smith and Commissioner Sandra Bishop were absent and excused.

Others present: Randy Berggren, Gale Banry, Marty Douglass, Everett Jordan, Garry Kunkel, Jim Origliosso, and Krista Hince of the EWEB staff; Don Haagenson, Special Counsel; and Daniel Lindstrom, Minutes Recorder.

Vice President Dyer announced that the Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) would hold an Executive Session, as authorized by Oregon Revised Statutes Section 192.660(1)(h), to consult with counsel concerning its legal rights and duties with regard to litigation related to re-licensing of the Walterville/Leaburg hydroelectric project.

Vice President Dyer called the Executive Session to order at 6:30 p.m.

The Executive Session adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
