    A: Apply online for the assistance program that suits your needs. If you apply for the Basic Re-Payment Plan , you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and re-payment details via email.     If you apply for the Basic Re-Payment Plan, you will receive confirmation of your enrollment and re-payment details via email.

    If you apply for the Enhanced Re-Payment Plan or Reduced Billing Plan, we will review your EWEB account history and pull a commercial or individual credit report (as applicable).  An account representative will contact you to discuss options and work with you to determine which plan will best meet your needs.
