    A: All "General Service" business and non-profit customers with active service qualify for the Basic Re-Payment Plan. The Enhanced Re-Payment Plan and Reduced Billing Plan are offered to General Service accounts in good financial standing. Additional criteria include:

    • At least two years EWEB billing history  
    • No non-pay service disconnects in the past 5 years
    • No more than 1 disconnection notice in the past 12 months
    • Customer may not opt-out of EWEB smart meter upgrade/installation

    Terms of individual payment plans are contingent upon EWEB account history, and third party credit score.

  • Q: Do I have to pay my current bill and past due amount while on a re-payment plan?
    A: Yes, participation in the program requires full payments of both current monthly charges and the monthly payment plan.
