Systems development charges
The Eugene Water & Electric Board has a systems development charge (SDC) for all new or expanded water connections. The SDC funds growth-related additions or improvements to EWEB’s water system.

The SDC charge is based on the size of the meter that is installed. These charges have been in effect since 1999. Please reference our Policies Manual for the most current charges.
