When to pay your bill

Your bill clearly indicates when your payment is due. Most customers get close to a month to make an “on time” payment.

You may pay by mail, in person at EWEB’s headquarters, or at the designated pay stations listed on your bill. Payments made at pay stations are generally received at EWEB three to five days after the payment is made.

We try to read all meters every month so you are billed for exactly what you use. However, we sometimes have to estimate usage when meters can’t be accessed. Protective dogs, locked gates and other obstacles may prevent a current reading of your meter. Please make certain that our meter readers have safe access to your meter.

What happens if you’re away and the bill is due?
If you won’t be available to take care of your bill by the due date, please call us. We will assist you in making special arrangements or estimating your bill so an advance payment can be made during your absence. If you are out of town frequently, you may wish to consider our Automatic Payment Program, which deducts your bill from your checking account.

Save time, checks and stamps with EWEB’s Automatic Payment Plan. This program automatically pays your EWEB bill, deducting the monthly amount from your checking account. For more information or to sign up, call Customer Service at (541) 484–6016.
