If you hate the check-writing, stamp-searching, envelope-licking hassle of bill-paying, Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) now offers an Automatic Payment Plan. This new program automatically pays your EWEB bill, deducting the monthly amount from your checking account.

Tell me about the Automatic Payment Plan
The Automatic Payment Plan is dependable, convenient, accurate and simple to start and stop. It's also easy on your bookkeeping -- you'll still receive a monthly bill from EWEB showing how much will be deducted from your account. The automatic transfer is processed on your bill's due date.

Expect to pay your bill by check or cash once more while your request is processed by your bank. For more information, call EWEB's Customer Service Department at (541) 484–6016.

Who is eligible?
Any customer in good standing with EWEB can sign up for the plan.

When can I sign up?
Anytime.

How do I sign up?
Sign up for automatic payment by calling Customer Service at (541) 484-6016.

Once I'm on the plan, can I cancel?
