| The Customer and Energy Management Services department provides phone, office and field
customer service, as well as energy efficiency services and solutions. |

Electric Operations
| The Electric Operations department is responsible for installing
and maintaining electric poles, wires, substations, transformers, meters and associated components of the
electric transmission and distribution system. This department is also responsible for maintaining
EWEB-owned buildings, managing all materials and inventory for building and maintaining the water
and electric systems, vegetation management including tree trimming around poles and wires, and landscaping
around EWEB-owned facilities. |

Engineering
| The Engineering department is responsible for planning, design services, and project and construction
management of EWEB's generation, electrical and water facilities. This team also
provides power quality and energy efficiency analysis for our commercial and industrial
customers, as well as water efficiency performance analysis for all customers.
The department provides design and cost estimate services for new water and
electrical service for all types of developments, from single homes to large
industrial complexes. |

Environmental Management
| The Environmental Management department helps EWEB comply with environmental
regulations, mitigate for environmental impacts of our operations, prevent pollution,
and adopt sustainable business practices. We support EWEB operations at the watershed
scale with the Drinking Water Source Protection programs, which engage stakeholders,
leverage outside funding and inform integrated resource management planning. |

| The Generation and Fleet Services department is responsible for providing electric power generation through hydro,
wind and thermal resources. The department also manages all vehicle provisions to support all aspects of utility

Human Resources
| The Human Resources department is responsible for creating and managing employment programs
designed to attract and retain a skilled, productive and engaged workforce. These programs include
employee compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment and
selection, training/organizational development, and employee/labor relations.
The Human Resources team develops and administers workforce policies and provides
oversight of employment matters to ensure fair and legal employment practices. |

Information Services
| EWEB's Information Services department provides information technology
strategies, policies and standards to meet the business needs of the organization. The department manages
EWEB's computing and communication infrastructure and all hardware and software. Information Services
ensures appropriate security of EWEB's physical and cyber assets while
meeting compliance and regulatory technical requirements. Information Services
is also responsible for project management, application
development/acquisition/integration, support, and data and reporting services. |

Public Affairs
| EWEB's Public Affairs department provides customers, the general public and employees
with information about current issues, projects and programs related to the utility.
The department also coordinates EWEB's participation in community events, markets and
promotes energy and water efficiency products, and administers an education grants
program for local school districts. |

Trading and Power Operations
| The Trading and Power Operations department is responsible for optimizing EWEB's contracted
and owned resources to minimize power supply costs and maximize wholesale revenues.
These activities include purchasing and selling energy to ensure that EWEB's
resource and load requirements are in balance on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis. |
