EWEB is committed to delivering reliable electricity and clean water to its
customer-owners. This often requires EWEB to do construction projects to
maintain and upgrade utility infrastructure.
We want to keep you informed of long-term projects that may impact traffic or other public access
in the community. Check the list of current construction
below so that you can plan accordingly. This list will be updated frequently.

EWEB Water Crews are adjusting water services ahead of a City of Eugene resurfacing project planned for summer 2013. |
| Impact |
Update (May 16, 2013): This project is near completion. EWEB will schedule one day to repave
the area. |

W. 10th Avenue between Monroe and Olive Streets |
| Description |
EWEB Water Crews are replacing an 80-year old water main ahead of a City of Eugene resurfacing project planned for summer 2013. |
| Impact |
Update (May 16, 2013): This project is near completion. EWEB will schedule one
nighttime service interruption. We will provide advance notification of this water supply outage. |

W. 18th Avenue between Tyler and Washington Streets |
| Description |
An EWEB Water Crew will be replacing an old water main that runs under 18th Avenue.
The work is being done ahead of a city repaving project scheduled for this summer.
The crew will start at the west end of the project (at Tyler) and work east toward Washington. |

concrete work. |

| Description |
EWEB Water Crews are replacing an old 4-inch cast iron water line with a new 6-inch ductile iron line. EWEB
will also replace and upgrade all water services. |
| Impact |
Flaggers will control traffic in and around the work zone. Please use caution and be
prepared to stop. Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through
Thursday. EWEB also expects the project to cause some noise and intermittent water supply interruptions.
The crew will work hard to minimize these inconveniences, and EWEB will provide advanced notification
prior to any scheduled water supply outage. |

| Description |
EWEB Water Crews are adjusting existing services in advance of a city repaving project. |
| Impact |
Flaggers will control traffic in and around the work zone. Please use caution and be prepared to stop. Some lane closures may be necessary. Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday. EWEB also expects the project to cause some noise and intermittent water supply interruptions. The crew will work hard to minimize these inconveniences, and EWEB will provide advanced notification prior to any scheduled water supply outage. |

Avenue. Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
EWEB will provide advance notification prior to any scheduled power outage. |

| Description |
EWEB Line Crews will install an underground primary extension and transformer. |
| Impact |
Flaggers will control traffic in and around the work zone. Most work will take place from
7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. EWEB will provide advance notification prior
to any scheduled power outage. |

| Description |
EWEB Line Crews will rebuild an overhead power line, as well as replace poles and transformers. |
| Impact |
Flaggers will control traffic in and around the work zone. Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to
5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. EWEB will provide advance notification prior to any
scheduled power outage. |

EWEB Line Crews will be removing and replacing underground feeder cable and completing vault duct installation. |

Flaggers will control traffic in and around the work zone, with a possibility of one lane closure.
Most work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday. EWEB will
provide advance notification prior to any scheduled power outage. |
