Smart money picks energy smart program for financial center
The new Oakway Financial center located at 497 Oakway Road, is over 20 percent more efficient than Oregon building code requires.
McKay Investment Company knows that the smart money is on Eugene Water & Electric Board’s Energy Smart Design program. The design team, which included Schaudt, Stemm & Wild, Inc., Harvey & Price and Alert Electric, Inc. worked with EWEB’s Energy Management Services to identify cost-effective measures that made the Oakway Financial Center at least 20 percent more energy efficient that Oregon building codes require.

As a result, the Oakway Financial Center has been designated as an “Energy Edge” award winner by EWEB.

Energy Smart Design -- it’s all designed to save on the cost of heating, cooling and lighting your new commercial building. That’s energy efficiency by design.
