EWEB’s goal is to keep the public informed about the relicensing project by making reports, documents and other information available throughout the process. Recent documents are posted below. Please also reference our relicensing document archives for additional reports.

Final License Application - Main Document (November 2006)
The Final License Application was submitted to FERC in November 2006. Some of the documents in the application are large and a high speed link to the internet will be needed to download them. Complete copies of the FLA are also available on DVD and CD. Please contact the relicensing team to request a copy.

Documents and reports are also available for viewing in the Public Information Library at EWEB, 500 East 4th Avenue, Eugene, Ore., 97401.
