Stopping service
When you need to discontinue your Eugene Water & Electric Board service at your present address, let us know by going to the start/stop service section of our web site, or call Customer Service at (541) 484–6016 during regular business hours.

We will need three business days to process your “stop” order and provide a closing bill. Because you are responsible for paying until the date of notification, using our online services or calling us could save you from paying for someone else’s usage.
