ROOSEVELT SITE

5. Roosevelt Project – Wetland Mitigation – for the General Manager to execute a Declaration of Covenant and Restriction related to wetland mitigation and protection on the Roosevelt property and as described in this memo, and to purchase credits in the amount of $486,500 in the City of Eugene West Eugene Wetland Mitigation Bank.
